Original Sassy Contest Text
Hey guys, Sassy and Noxzema are looking for the Sassiest Girl in America to be on the cover of our January 1989 issue. But before you rush to send in those 8×10 glossies, you should know that she’s not just another pretty face. She’s funny. She’s bright. She’s open-minded. She can turn a boring science lab into an hour of adventure. She’s your best friend. She’s you.
She’ll also have $10,000 to spend however she wants and $5,000 to give to the charity of her choice (which she’d want to do anyway ’cause that’s the type of person she is). Even better, she’ll model for Sassy and will appear in a national Noxzema ad. What’s more, six finalists will be flown to New York to meet the illustrious Sassy staff and panel of judges. (We know that’s the part you’re most excited about.)
And just how are we going to find this fantastic person? By reading your intelligent, perceptive, well-thought-out answers to the questions on this page. Answer all of the following questions on a separate piece of paper-and please keep your answers under two lines each. (And send two color photos-one showing you head day to toe-with your name, address and phone number on the backs of both pictures.)
